Position Overview:
We are currently seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales. This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and capabilities.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to effectively promote and sell vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and earn commissions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
